The event was co-hosted by former Miss World 2016 Stephanie Del Valle and Indian presenter Sachiin Kumbhar, featuring performances by Sri Lankan actress Jacqueline Fernandez and actor Ishaan Khatter. At the grand finale, Krystyna Pyszková of the Czech Republic crowned Suchata Chuangsri of Thailand, marking Thailand’s first-ever Miss World victory. In this edition, 108 contestants from around the globe competed, representing every continent. The competition format began with the selection of 40 quarterfinalists (eight from each continental region: Africa; Americas & Caribbean; Asia & Oceania; Europe), followed by 20 semifinalists, then a Top 8, and ultimately the designation of continental winners leading to the Top 3 finalists. The pageant emphasized its core themes of Beauty With a Purpose, Top Model, Multimedia, and Designer Dress challenges, showcasing social-impact projects and digital engagement before culminating in the 9final coronation.
